Project: Sound & Lighting Installation

Client: Brampton Christian School

Objective: Design an audio and lighting system that will be suitable for a range of functions. Audio system must be able to handle music, speech and playback. The lighting system must be able to handle a variety of theatre shows, assemblies and musical acts.

Solution: The sound system comprised of 4 JBL VRX932 small format line array speakers, JBL SRX728 sub woofers, all powered by Crown MAi power amplifiers and a BSS Omnidrive Minidrive processor for system eq and calibration.  Middle Atlantic supplied the remote power control from FOH to the amp room. An Allen & Heath iLive T112 with IDR32 was used as control for the system. This also allowed integration of the an Allen & Heath PL series wall plate controller on stage controlling MC mics and playback lines when a technician was not available to be stationed at FOH.

The lighting system is comprised of 24 ETC Source Four lecos, 8 Fesnals, 16 Microh 3 Watt LED Pars, and ETC SmartRack Dimmers.
