Client: Promise Keepers Canada

Objective: Provide sound, stage lighting, house lighting, and HD video reinforcement for the Hershey Centre in Toronto for Promise Keepers Men’s Conference. Production had to be suitable for contemporary worship, live video, and various preaching.

Solution: Sound reinforcement was the L-Acoustic KARA line array system with the L’Acoustic LA8 power amplifiers. JBL VRX932 fixed line array speakers for both delay and side-fill zones with Lab Gruppen FP 6400 amplifiers.  The Allen & Heath iLive was used at Front of House, and a Digidesign SC48 console on monitors. SRX712m were used for monitors, as well as Sennheiser IEM systems.

The stage lighting system consisted of 8 Robe 1200 Spot fixtures, 16 Robe 575 wash fixtures, 6 Martin Mac250 entours, 24 Chauvet Tri Tour LED, 4 Chauvet Batten 72 LED bars, 26 ETC Source four lecos. The house lighting system was made of 500’ of trussing, 42 1-ton motors, 110 ETC Source Four lecos & dimming.

Video included three 9’x16’ screens with Christie Digital DHD 8,000al projectors, Hershey centre in-house LED scoreboard (centre). Three Sony HD camera video shoot, with a FOR-A HVS-3350HS switcher with a Black Magic routing switcher.
