System Design

Using industry standard programs, including 3D modeling software, we scientifically layout and demonstrate the expected results from the sound, lighting and video installation. Our designers are trained in software such as EASE, a two-dimensional, acoustic simulation software that serves for the configuration and modeling of sound systems; as well Vectorworks, CAD software used in entertainment design to create powerful presentations for audio visual layout; among other software systems, including Soundvision and Smaart. We will work alongside you to design a system to meet your goals and work within your budget.

Training

Once your installation is complete, our knowledgeable technicians will provide you with training on your system. We will take the time to teach your technicians on the system, explaining how each part works, so you can be fully confident that your investment is being optimized. For our customers in the House of Worship market, Soundbox has developed a daylong seminar to train church volunteers about technology and operation with in the church. Soundbox has also founded a program called Tech Equip. Tech Equip takes used equipment that is donated from our customers, (usually equipment that is replaced during an install for various reasons) services the equipment, and donates it to projects overseas.
