1. Keep colours light and bright and keep your fonts dark or use black.
2. Keep your font choices to very readable type like Arial, Helvetica, Verdana or Times New Roman. Make them big enough so that you can see the words from where your audience will be.
3. Keep your slides simple. Make more slides with less information. Too much text will make it harder to read from a distance.
4. Keep your presentation concise and to the point.
5. Use appropriate clip art and decorations to suite the theme.
